Dispatch Time Frames:
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 business days. However, due to COVID-19 Royal Mail are currently running behind schedule, so please allow an extra few days to receive your order.
Delivery Service:
We use a Royal Mail tracked delivery service.
UK Delivery Costs:
- Orders of £50.00 or more: Free for UK only
- Standard rate: £4.75
International Shipping:
- Standard rate: £13.80
When a parcel is delivered Internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due when the parcel arrives at the destination country.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs, such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Said charges can vary and are often based on the price and type of item, the parcel weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties and fees of the destination country.
Refunds and Returns:
You have 14 days to return your item from the date of receiving for a full refund, minus original shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please include your order number in the parcel you wish to send back to us.
Any returns are at the expense of the customer and we recommend using a tracked postage option whilst retaining a proof of postage receipt to ensure it reaches us at Char Concept Store safely.
Once we have received your return, we aim to process all refunds within 30 business days.
